Taylor Made Weddings & Events is based in Monterey, CA and owned by Taylor deRegt. Taylor first started out in this industry as a summer intern for a wedding and event planner and immediately fell in love with the event planning world. Soon after her internship she became an Assistant Event Coordinator. She then went on to make it a full time career. Taylor has experience working at a couple different venues as the Event Manager and Special Events Coordinator. Taylor prides herself in the bond she forms with her clients. The most rewarding part of the job is seeing somebody truly happy after their wedding or event has gone flawlessly. When meeting with a new client Taylor always says "I'll be your best friend for the next several months" because she is truly passionate about creating that bond with her clients to make the planning process a joyful experience. The best thing about being a wedding & event planner is taking someone's thoughts and ideas for their big day and making it happen.
